Viking Wooden Shield with Gripping Beast Motif

This round shield is made of approx. 13 mm thick plywood and painted with four Norse gripping beasts or dragons. It also might be a depiction of the Midgard Serpent.

The shield features a steel boss, four ornamental cast brass fittings on the front and a solid wooden handle on the back. The edge of the shield is lined with leather.

Einfach fantastisch!

Der Schild sieht in Wirklichkeit noch beeindruckender aus als auf dem Bild. Nun ziert er meine Sammlung und ist definitiv ein Hingucker. Absolut großartiges Stück und sehr zu empfehlen! FAZIT: WIRKLICH SEHR HOHE QUALITÄT!

Überraschend begeistert

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt und hätte es nicht erwartet. Obwohl mir Qualität wichtig ist, hat es meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist hervorragend verarbeitet, stabil, schwer und sicher für ein bisschen Schaukampf geeignet - dafür ist es aber fast zu schade. Top Qualität, die langlebig ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Nachtrag: Leichter Schaukampf - problemlos. Natürlich hat es jetzt ein paar Macken, aber das sieht sogar noch besser aus!
