Lorica is the Latin name for armor and also the earliest armor we sell. Under the medieval knight's armor, a thickly padded coat of arms (a gambeson or an acetone) was worn. In the early 17th century, the knight's armor began to lose its significance as a result of the development of firearms. In this section you will find complete armor from both antiquity, the Middle Ages and up to the Renaissance.
