Viking Leather Bag with Belt Loop, dark brown

This early medieval / Viking Age bag is crafted from 2 mm thick leather. The front flap, closure strap and belt loop are adorned with riveted brass fittings based on grave finds excavated in Rösta, Ås in Jämtland (Sweden, ca. 10th century).

This lovely leather bag will be a great addition to your historical garb. A perfect accessory for medieval markets and re-enactment, living history or LARP events, it provides an excellent way to cleverly stash any present-day items you may need to carry along. Of course, this versatile purse is also perfectly suited for modern everyday life.
