Belt Buckle with Trefoil Motif, Electroplated Brass

This lovely belt buckle is crafted from electroplated brass and composed of three parts that are hinged together – a frame or hoop, a prong and a rectangular plate (also called a chape).
The chape, which acts as a clamp for the belt, features 4 pre-punched holes and is adorned on the front with an open-worked cloverleaf or trefoil motif.

The brass buckle is ideal for your own DIY belt projects or as a replacement/spare part. Most fitting for medieval or Renaissance settings, it is a perfect accessory for re-enactment, LARP or fancy dress. Not only a classy addition to any historical or fictional/fantasy garb, but also absolutely suitable for everyday use!

A matching belt tip is also available in our shop (product no. SPQR-OV504).
