Solingen Main Gauche, Left Hand Dagger

Based on models of 17th century swept-hilt rapiers of German ancestry, the Hanwei Solingen Rapier (Product No. SH2205) is anexcellent rendition of the timely originals.
And so is also this matching companion dagger, the Solingen Main Gauche, an authentically styled parrying weapon which is alsomanufactured at Paul Chen's factory.

The dagger's blade is constructed of forged high carbon steel and equipped with a leather scabbard. Its hilt is made fromstainless steel (for reduced maintenance) and the guard has a beautiful design with upturned quillons to protect the hand and towrap the fingers around in order to increase one's grip strength.
