Vambraces with Couters, Pair

This fully articulated reconstruction of a late medieval arm plate armour consists of a two-piece tubular forearm guard with brasshinges, articulated lames and elbow cops in the middle and an upper arm guard to which a thick leather piece with attachment holesis riveted. Additionally, each vambrace is equipped with three riveted leather straps with brass buckles to allow for proper fixing to the arm.It can also be attached to a shoulder piece or a gambeson using more leather straps. All rivets, some of whichfeaturing a filed flower pattern, are made of brass.
